General Merchandise Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of all our products. You may return any item in its original condition, for any reason, up to thirty days from shipment date. We will replace any item, or issue you a full refund. If we have made a mistake, we'll also refund the shipping charges.
Audio tapes must be returned unopened.
Due to the delicate nature of the Colon Therapy Sytem the return Policy does not apply. There will be no refunds payed for any part of the Colon Therapy System or the accessories involved. Please make sure you make the right decision when purchasing this sytem. Damaged parts will be replaced.
Item Return Exclusion
Excluding shipping and handling charges.
You may not return a Colon Hydro-Therapy unit for cash refund. If any part of your Hydro-Therapy has been received damaged or defective, you may return that part or accessory for a full replacement.
