Life begins and health is maintained at the cellular level.
Individual cells are "spark plugs in the body engine"—consuming fuel, producing
energy and eliminating waste. Our bodies are made up of trillions of cells grouped as
organs, glands, tissues into a complete body system. A Healthy Life is
a balanced interchange between all these groups of cells. Our body is created
self-defending, self-repairing and self-restoring.
1. HEALTHY MENTAL ATTITUDE
Ralph
Waldo Emerson wrote, "A man becomes what he thinks about all day long." Many acknowledge the part
that attitude plays in maintaining good health. Modern studies have demonstrated the negative effects
of distress, anxiety, anger, resentment, guilt, depression and grief on health as well as the
positive effects of laughter, joy, peace of mind, positive motivation and love. When we live our
lives in harmony with our beliefs and values we make a substantial contribution to good health at
the cellular level. A "Healthy Mental Attitude" does make a difference!
2. CELL FOOD
Just as an automobile
engine needs fuel to operate, our cells also need fuel. The food we eat must contain " balanced
octane" with a wide spectrum of fuel containing vitamins, minerals, amino acids and
useable enzymes. The body is made to assimilate and convert nutrients coming from natural
food sources. The quality of the foods we eat determine the production of our cellular
energy and the health of our body and mind. Thus, Healthy Cell Food
does have an impact on the quality of our lives!
3. CELL EXERCISE
To properly
assimilate nutrients and release waste products our cells need the regular pumping motion of
exercise. Exercise improves blood circulation by strengthening the heart, veins and arteries,
increasing oxygen transportation all through the body. Exercise moves lymphatic waste from
the body system by working the lymph pump (a set of one-way valves). This promotes movement of
nutrients in and waste materials out. One of the most effective types of exercise is rebounding
(mini-trampolines). I call this Lymphercising
4. CELL ENVIRONMENT
Cells are affected by the environment they live in. Both external and internal environments
impact the well-being of all cells. The outside, exposure to fresh air and sunshine provide a
healthy environment while on the inside, water is crucial for washing away toxic residue from
digestion and cells that shed their waste, it is like a power plant, waste must be eliminated so
the cells can do their job in a efficient healthy mannor. Since we are approximately
70% water, the quality of that water will greatly affect the efficiency of the cells. Drinking
impure water or not drinking enough water creates a toxic undesirable environment. Drinking adequate
amounts of pure water promotes a cleaner, more efficient environment.
5. CELL PROTECTION
Cells are
"attacked" daily by baceria, viruses, parasites which can be harmful and cause
adverse health consequences. A healthy immune system defends the body against these intruders.
Learn to understand which foods, nutrients, herbs can help your body system run
efficiently. Neutralizing toxic waste is very important for cell protection. The more efficient
your body works to repair cells the happier and healthier you will feel. Free radicals
are also natural byproducts of eating drinking and exercise when not removed efficiently they
become toxic waste and sufficating healthy cells.
